Do you want to know her name????????? :)

So this time around it's been quite tricky to keep her name a secret. The boys know her name and we say it all the time. So, needless to say, it's been a little more challenging holding it in and it's come out a few times. It's only fair that you know her name too since you're family! Now, if you don't want to know her name, I suggest avoiding this post....I'm not going completely public on this, I just wanted to share with you blog readers...... :)

I'll give you a couple clues and then tell you her name at the end of this....
1. It starts with an "L".
2. It has 5 letters in it.
3. There is only one consonant (hmmm, wonder what that is?-clue #1!) and two vowels in her name.

Happy guessing! :) I promise to share her name at the end of this blog post!

As far as business around here, we are just working hard to get ready for baby. Lots of last minute things with her room, washing, carseats, etc. I forget how many little things there are. I had a panic attack the other night and starting packing for us--we officially have about 4 weeks, but doctor will be surprised if I make it to due date. Can't really pack too much at this point, but I could start. Got her clothes and blankets ready though! Made me feel a little better. :)  It's actually hard to think about what clothes we will all need since the weather is still hot during the day and cooler at night right now. Could be totally different in a few weeks! Think it's gonna have to be a last minute thing.....not my style, but what can I do????? :)

Kai has been enjoying his fall library class. Parent are not allowed to stay so it's good for him to be away from us for a bit with his peers. The second week he said "Some boy kept hitting me in the head!". I asked what he did and he said "Hit him back!" Awesome. We had a talk about that. This week when I picked him up he said "Mom, I didn't hit that boy!"....right in front of everyone. Ha! At least he remembered! :) Sure wish I could be a fly on that wall in that class. There's about 15-20 little 3 year olds with a sweet older lady. She's good. She has a little keyboard set up and somehow manages to keep them all entertained! Bless her!

Grayson is also enrolled in a rhyming class at the library. It's for 12-24 month olds so there's quite a range. Derek took him the first week and said he just sat and stared at everyone the whole time. I took him this week and he did good. He sat on his carpet square. :) He participated, especially the clapping part, and seemed to like it. There was a child that screamed most of the time and was a bit distracting. Grayson kept looking at him, like "Dude, be quiet!". I'm just glad we weren't having that battle. :)

I'm still keeping busy with a few sub jobs at my old school. I have one more tomorrow afternoon and then will probably be done. They are out of school for the next few Fridays and then it will be about a week before my official due date. I don't think I need to work then....I'd prefer to be at home in case I go into labor. :) It's been fun and I'm so fortunate that my old school helped me out so many times!
That's about all our excitement for now.......now onto her name revealing!!!!

So, did you figure it out? This time around it was pretty easy to pick her name because we already had it picked before we knew if Kai was a boy or girl. Her name will be Leela Elizabeth. Grayson can't say that so he calls her "E-E" or "Lee-Lee". It's cute. Wonder if he'll still say it as cute once she's arrived!?!? :) I can't take the credit for this name....Derek was the one that suggested it first. I've attached a two pics from the nusery at the end. It's not all done so there's not much to see yet. The wall are still gray and furniture is white. It's butterflies and flowers.....sticking with light pink, bubblegum pink, lavender and plum purple for color accents. Totally girlie! :) Thanks for reading!

Always up for a pic! :)
