The Brown's Buzz: January 2015

OK, so we really can't complain because it hasn't been cold for that long....however, I think it's time for warm weather! We can't get healthy and miss playing outside all the time!!!!! :) Only a few more months, right? :)

We had a wonderful Christmas with all of our families...a little "sick" drama on Christmas, but we survived. The kids were spoiled by everyone and are having lots of fun playing with their new toys. I put some away so in a few months we can pull them out and have "Christmas" all over!

In the beginning of December, Kai had a school Christmas program with a live donkey and all! We were a "fortunate family" to have seats by the donkey and it's smelly presents..... :) Kai did a great job singing to all the songs that he learned at school.

We are still trying to get a healthy household!! Kai has been sick a few times and had a cough that wouldn't go away. He ended up having some upper respiratory concerns and was on steroids to help that. Grayson's had a few colds too, but then randomly got pink eye with an ear infection on New Year's Eve. We think he's allergic to penicillin because he broke out in a rash from his amoxicillin so we had to stop that. Luckily, his ear is all clear! :) Leela's last molar just doesn't want to pop through....we just keep waiting! She continues to get up multiple times every night. We are wondering if her acid reflux medicine needs to be increased so we are checking with the doctor on that. We ALL need some sleep!

Now do you understand why I need warm weather???? We haven't even been going to our usual indoor play places with all the colds so they have A LOT of energy these days...... :)
