Summer Fun

It's been such a fun summer! Today is the first day of school here, which is so hard to believe! It's weird to not be working at all. I took the boys to get a donut this morning and they were almost all out because it was a popular place before school today! :) I am excited to be subbing, especially at my old school. I went up earlier this week and dropped off my sub info and visited with old coworkers. I already have a job lined up there in about a week! :)
Kai's still working on potty training. We are finally doing much better during the days so we will start to work on naptime pretty soon. We have started painting in his new room so hopefully we will get  things set up within the next few weeks. He's really excited to move!
Grayson keeps us busy, as usual. :) We're starting to transition into one afternoon nap, but he's not sleeping that long. He definitely needs a morning nap a few times during the week.  He has his 18 month appointment next week. I'm anxious to see what his weight is. It seems like he's thinned out. Probably since he runs around all day. :)
The boys and I have had some quality time together. Derek's Nana passed away so he went to North Carolina for her goodbye ceremony this week. Sure makes me appreciate how much he does around here....I've been trying to keep the boys busy so they sleep well and give me a break! We've been to some different parks this week so the boys have had fun exploring.
